Lashanna (Sha )Farley
Sha Farley is the Chief Human Resources Officer and President of Kenosis Leadership LLC, a leadership and business consulting practice she founded in 2018. She is also a Director at Brotherhood Mutual, a for-profit company that provides insurance and risk management resources to ministries. In May 2024, Sha completed a role as the Chief People Experience Officer for Allvue Systems, a leading provider for investment management solutions for the alternative investments industry. Prior to this role, Sha served as Chief Human Resource Officer for Young Life, a 501c3 organization serving 105 countries with the mission of introducing adolescents to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith.
Sha has more than 25 years of global experience in Human Resources. She has led teams to build and execute innovative workforce strategies aligned to mission, vision, and values. Before working at Young Life, Sha served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sabre, a SaaS technology company, where she supported the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining Sabre, Sha worked for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., as a Vice President of Human Resources for the Sam’s Club segment. At Sam’s

Club, a $54B membership-driven retailer, she helped shape the talent plan for increased prioritized store investment. Prior to working for Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Sha spent 12 years in healthcare in global HR roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer Inc, the world’s largest biopharmaceutical company.
Sha earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in human resources and labor relations from the University of Illinois. Sha enjoys high-intensity workouts, travel, learning from, mentoring and serving others, and spending time with family and dear friends. She is committed to living life on a mission, something she defines as life in Christ and enriched by generosity.
